    ????????????????????????????????????

    Welcome to The Kindergarten

In the Kindergarten we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum which is specially designed for children aged 3-5. It ensures that each child is learning through high quality play-based activities, enabling the children to develop at their own pace, to have fun, make friends and learn as they play. In this way the children will become confident, inquisitive learners who, when the time comes, are well prepared for school. The kindergarten space is spacious and well equipped.

KGS is organising a parents – teachers meeting on Saturday, December 8 th, 2018 from 9am to 12pm.
The purpose of this encounter is for you to meet your child(ren)’s teachers in order to closely work with them so that you can effectively follow your child(ren)’s curriculum.

    Pedagogy

At the Kindergarten, we propose an alternative pedagogy as well as an individual follow-up throughout the cycle. To promote further language learning by the child, Khalil Gibran School offers bilingual English and Arabic instruction. In-service training is provided by teachers and specialized practitioners, in order to promote the development of the autonomy of the child and the initiator with respect to the environment through various activities.

    Objectifs

The Kindergarten welcomes children from 3 to 5 years old. Its mission is to develop the desire and the pleasure of learning the child, to ensure the mastery of language (English, Arabic), prepare him to access fundamental learning, ensure its cognitive development, sensory and emotional.

    Equipements

The Kindergarten has various equipment and adapted for personal development and child safety, such as interactive boards, EBlocs, an equipped refectory, a garden and a video-surveillance device.
