    Welcome to Primary School

    KGS magnetic core mission is to offer an international curriculum to all its pupils…Our second aim is to successfully meet the Ministry of Education’s requirements. As a matter of fact, 2 main curricula are established in the school; the Cambridge “British” curriculum and the Moroccan one. The Primary school is designed for learners 5 to 11 years and gives a world-class curriculum to develop learners’ skills and understanding in English, mathematics, science, Arabic, French, Islamic Studies, Drama, P.E. (Physical Education), Art, excursions and other educational activities,

    PARENTS/TEACHERS’ MEETING

    KGS is organising a parents – teachers meeting on Saturday, December 8 th, 2018 from 9am to 12pm.
    The purpose of this encounter is for you to meet your child(ren)’s teachers in order to closely work with them so that you can effectively follow your child(ren)’s curriculum.

    Pedagogy

    At Khalil Gibran school Marrakech we follow the Cambridge Curriculum ; this rich rigorous programme which tackles the use of the best practices in teaching and learning. French is intoduced as a third language starting 1st grade. Our teachers share strategies, learning objectives, activities , differentiation methods and language targets so that each child is able to master the three languages ( English, Arabic and French ).

    Objectifs

    Our curriculum focuses on learning approaches (thinking, research, time management, communication, and social skills) that are essential skills. Through our curriculum students develop the key concepts, attitudes and knowledge needed to help them become internationally-minded students.

    Equipements

    Each class is equipped with an interactive dashboard, allowing the implementation of educational and innovative pedagogical methods. A computer room made available for the learners . A library regularly fed for tutorials. An outdoor space for activities, and a spacious refectory. The whole premises is controlled by a video surveillance system to ensure the safety of children.
