Apply
Complete the application form. Once submitted, our admissions team will review your application and contact you with the next steps.
Review & Shortlisting
Our admissions team carefully reviews each application. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stage of the process.
Assessment / Interview
Students may be required to take an assessment test or participate in an interview to evaluate academic readiness and English proficiency.
Decision Notification
Admission decisions are communicated via email. Successful applicants will receive an official offer letter.
Enrollment & Registration
Upon accepting the offer, parents complete enrollment forms, pay the tuition fees, and submit any remaining documents to secure the student's place.

Please ensure all documents are prepared based on the student's background and citizenship before submitting your application.
General Documents
For all applicants
- 1 School reports for the past 2 years (if available)
- 2 4 recent photographs
- 3 2 birth certificates
- 4 Copy of family booklet
- 5 Copy of national ID card
- 6 Report books
- 7 Immunisation records
- 8 Copy of passport (non-citizens only)
Moroccan Students
From private or public schools
In addition to the general documents listed, students previously enrolled in a Moroccan institution must also provide:
- 1 School-leaving certificate from the previous school
All documents must be original or certified copies. Translations must be carried out by a sworn translator.
Ministry Authorization
Moroccan citizens only
Documents required by the Ministry
- 1 School certificate translated into Arabic or French
- 2 Application letter for registration addressed to the Deputy Minister of Education
To bring to the Ministry of Education
- 1 School certificates and report books translated into Arabic / French
- 2 Passport or national ID card
- 3 Official letter from KGS Marrakech
